The Lead Management Dashboard was a custom-built web application designed to help businesses monitor, analyze, and route lead data submitted from online forms. Initially developed on the Zend Framework with Doctrine ORM and Redis caching, the platform supports secure CRUD operations and features such as Excel import/export and third-party API integration.
In its second phase, the application tackled the challenge of unstructured lead data by integrating Elasticsearch, enabling fast, full-text and weighted searches across all lead attributes. A powerful search interface—”Lead Agent”—was developed to allow users to configure custom filters, prioritize criteria, and generate relevance-ranked matches. The dashboard also supports tailored reports, intelligent lead matching for specific accounts, and recommendations for similar leads, making it a valuable tool for sales and recruitment pipelines.
